This seven spice blend from Edi Gourmet Spice is a great addition to the pantry. It’s a quick way to add bold flavour to your meal. So far its balance and complex earthy, spicy and ginger profile has been great with poultry and beef.
It shipped fast and arrived in a padded pouch to prevent any punctures while in travel. It was sealed in a KD cheese style paper ish pouch. That was reasonably full and sealed well

A friend in Ontario send me small sample of this blend from a place in her city. It was ridiculous how much mailing it to Nova Scotia from there was going to be. So, I went to Amazon and found this one. Not the same as the other one, actually better. I’ve been putting it in everything and am almost out. So went to order more, then discovered it’s made in Bedford. Placing an order now, along with a few other things.
